How plastic products are processed? Injection molding plastic products.

Plastic products can be seen everywhere in our daily life, such as household appliances, tools, writing pens, cars and so on. It is almost related to every aspect of our life and work. So how are plastic products processed?

In fact, it is not complicated to make plastic products.

There are mainly the following processing techniques and methods:

Injection molding processing: mainly adding plastic particles (raw materials) into the injection molding machine, and turning the granular raw materials into a molten state through the injection molding machine. Then use the pressure of the injection molding machine to inject the raw material into the injection mold, and use the cavity of the mold to shape the molten material into the parts we need.

Blister processing: Common plastic bags, blister trays used in packaging, etc. are all processed by blister.

Blow molding processing: Use a blow molding machine to process the raw material into a tube, then cut it into the required size, put it into the blow mold, and blow it. The product formed after the mold cavity is filled. Common products are: all kinds of plastic bottles, plastic barrels and so on.

Extrusion processing: Common products are plastic profiles and plastic pipes.

The above are the current mainstream plastic product processing methods. There are still some methods that can also achieve the effect of processing parts. Due to cost and efficiency issues, they are not commonly used, such as CNC engraving, 3D printing and so on.
