3. The film folds

Reason 1: film thickness is not uniform;

Reason 2: The cooling effect is not enough;

Reason 3: The blowing ratio is too large, causing the membrane bubble to be unstable, swinging around and back, and easy to wrinkle;

Reason 4: The Angle of the herringbone splint is too large, the membrane bubble is flattened in a short distance, so the film is also prone to wrinkle;

Reason 5: The pressure on both sides of the traction roller is inconsistent, one side is high and the other is low;

Reason 6, the axis between the guide rollers is not parallel, affecting the stability and malleability of the film, resulting in wrinkles.

① Adjust the thickness of the film to ensure uniform thickness;

② Improve the cooling effect to ensure that the film can be fully cooled;

(3) Appropriately reduce the blowing ratio;

④ Properly reduce the Angle of the herringbone splint;

⑤ Adjust the pressure of the traction roller to ensure the uniform force of the film;

⑥ Check the axes of each guide axis and make them parallel to each other.
