1, the film is too sticky, poor opening

Reason 1: The resin raw material model is not correct, not low-density polyethylene resin with blown film grade, which does not contain opening agent or the content of opening agent is low;

Reason 2: The temperature of the molten resin is too high, and the fluidity is too large;

Reason 3: The blowing ratio is too large, resulting in poor opening of the film;

Reason 4: The cooling speed is too slow, the film is not cooled enough, and mutual bonding occurs under the action of the traction roll pressure;

Cause 5: The traction speed was too fast.

solution

① Replace the resin raw materials, or add a certain amount of opening agent to the department;

(2) Appropriately reduce the extrusion temperature and resin temperature;

(3) Appropriately reduce the blowing ratio;

④ Increase the air volume, improve the cooling effect, and speed up the cooling speed of the film;

⑤ Reduce the traction speed appropriately.
