Heat-resistance
PEEK has a higher glass transition temperature and melting point (334℃). 
It is one of the reasons that it can be a reliable application in the requirement
of the heat. Its heat load variable-temperature can be 316℃, continuous use
temperature is 260℃.

This general purpose grade is unreinforced and ofere the highest elongation an

grades. The newly available black PEEK 1000 is ideal for instrument components where aesthetics are import

PEEK GF30 (30% Glass-Reinforced)

The adition of glass fibers significanty reduces the expansionrate and increases the flexural modulus of

PEEK. This grade is ldeal for structural aplications that require improved strength, siffnesss or sabilt.

PEEK CA30 (30% Carbon Fiber Reinforced)

The adition of carbon fibers enhances the compressive strength and sifnes of PEEK. and dramatically
